Anatoly Bely served for three years as the dean of the Bible School of the Victory Church in the city of Kyiv. He was the administrator of the "All Cities for Christ" mission, founded and led by Pastor Henry Madava, organizing evangelistic "Jesus Festivals" in Ukraine and other countries. During the year he served as a pastor of the Victory Church in Dnepropetrovsk.
Now Anatoly continues his ministry in Canada, where he lives with his wife Natasha and daughter Liza.
