Bill Thrall co-founded Trueface in 1995, bringing a deep wisdom that became the foundation for books such as The Cure, The Ascent of a Leader, Bo’s Café, Behind the Mask, and High Trust Cultures. Bill’s unique gift lies in helping leaders cultivate trust in essential relationships and foster environments of grace. CEOs of global corporations, as well as leaders of mission organizations and universities, frequently express profound gratitude for their time spent with him.
Prior to Trueface, Bill founded Open Door Fellowship and served as its pastor for over twenty years. During this time, he developed an impactful character-building discipleship program that helped mentor leaders like Kit Danley, founder of Neighborhood Ministries.
In his spare time, Bill enjoys fishing, playing golf, crafting furniture for his family in his woodworking shop, and tending to a bountiful backyard garden of fruits, herbs, and vegetables. Bill and his wife, Grace, have three adult children: Wende (married to Jim), Bill (married to Charlotte), and Joy (married to Joe), as well as nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
